shipping/billing address, contact person’s name, phone number, email address.

gateways), delivery confirmations.
 Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on Site.
 Communication Data: Emails, support requests, call recordings (if applicable, with

 Verify dealer/institutional eligibility.

By accessing or using the Malextrade website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you
are accepting on behalf of a dealer or institution, you warrant that you have authority to
bind that entity.

2.2 Eligibility
Our Site is for B2B use only – dealers, distributors, hospitals, clinics, and other
healthcare institutions. Consumers (individuals) are not permitted to purchase medical
devices from this Site.

2.3 Account Registration
 You must provide accurate, current business information.
 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
 Malextrade LLC–FZ reserves the right to reject or suspend any account at our sole
discretion.

2.4 Orders & Pricing
 All orders are subject to acceptance by Malextrade LLC–FZ.
 Prices are shown exclusive of VAT or other taxes, unless otherwise stated.
 We may require proof of trade license or healthcare professional credentials before
shipping.

2.5 Returns, Warranty & Title

 Medical devices may have specific return restrictions due to health and safety
regulations. Please refer to our separate Return & Warranty Policy.
 Title and risk of loss pass to buyer upon delivery (EXW or FOB Dubai, as specified on
invoice).

2.6 Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
 Resell devices to unlicensed parties or in violation of UAE medical device regulations.
 Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, hacking, or spreading malware.
 Scrape or copy product data without written permission.

2.7 Intellectual Property
All content (text, images, logos, product data) is owned by Malextrade LLC–FZ or its
licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.

2.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
 Malextrade LLC–FZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
 Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or AED 500 if no
purchase was made.

2.9 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Malextrade LLC–FZ against any claims arising from your
violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

2.10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any
dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, unless otherwise agreed in
writing.
